Lee Barton
Relationship Director
Lee joined PMJ in 2020, bringing over 30 years’ experience in financial services, including time at NatWest and Together. He’s built an enviable black book of property developers, investors along the way — and when it comes to property finance, if Lee doesn’t know it, it’s probably not worth knowing.
Fiona Connor
Lending Manager
Fiona joined PMJ in 2024, having previously worked with Dave in a past life at Bank of Ireland. She brings a strong background in lending and supports the team in making sure clients get the fastest and most straightforward route through their projects.
Chris Fortune
Business Development Manager
Chris joined PMJ in 2025 to extend our work with brokers, bringing with him over 25 years experience in property finance. He works closely with brokers across the UK, helping them to support their clients in finding the right funding for their projects.
Claire Hextall
Marketing & PR Consultant
Claire has over 22 years’ experience in marketing and PR, with a strong background in property development and housebuilding. She joined PMJ as a consultant in 2020 and works closely with the team to promote PMJ’s services.
Keiran Holmes
Relationship Manager
Keiran joined PMJ in 2023 with over eight years’ experience in property finance, having worked at Together and Hope Capital. He supports our established client base of loyal developers and property professionals, bringing a calm, hands-on approach to every deal.

Lending Manager
Siobhan guides clients through every stage of the lending process, providing clear advice and dependable support from initial enquiry through to completion.

Finance Manager
Jackie is PMJ’s Finance Manager and joined the team in 2023 as the business continued to grow. With many years’ experience, she plays a key role overseeing day-to-day financial operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
David Rainford
Managing Director
Dave has spent many years in property finance, building strong relationships across funders and the professional community along the way. He leads the PMJ team with a straightforward, down-to-earth approach. Around the industry, he’s known as “Yoda” for knowing property finance inside out.

Stuart is a chartered accountant and board director at PMJ, his commercial and financial expertise helps support PMJ's strategic growth. Drawing on his extensive experience in the property and construction sector, he provides insight and guidance to help drive the business forward.
